Refund policy

We want you to feel confident ordering from Zorae. You may request a return, replacement, or refund review within 15 calendar days after delivery.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos or video showing the issue. After review, Zorae may provide a replacement or refund. For an approved product issue, you will not be responsible for reasonable return or replacement shipping costs.

Change-of-mind returns

Change-of-mind returns may be requested within 15 calendar days of delivery. The device and accessories must be unused, clean, undamaged, and returned with all original components, instructions, packaging, and any included gifts. Opened or used essential oil is not returnable unless it arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for approved change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges and optional Express shipping charges are not refundable unless required by law or the return is caused by an approved Zorae error or product issue.

How to request a return

Use our contact form or email admin@zoraeshop.com. Include your order number, reason for the request, and any relevant photos or video. Wait for return authorization and instructions before mailing anything. Items sent without authorization might not be accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the refund.

Replacements and availability

Approved replacements are subject to availability. If a replacement is unavailable, we will offer an appropriate refund or another available resolution.

Cancellations and address changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order or change the shipping address. We cannot guarantee changes after the order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
